Arizona fans, we want your help. Starting this coming Monday, AZ Desert Swarm will be nominating Wildcat players for weekly awards. We want your input here, and your vote will count in the tabulations each week. Leave your votes in the comments at the end of this story, email them to me, get them to me however you can. Voting is closed each Monday morning at 6 A.M. Pacific Time.

Swarmies

Offensive MVP O-line. Scott had all day back there and they rolled in Run support from the second quarter on

Defensive MVP Ricky Elmore. I think he spent more time in the Huskies backfield than on our side of the ball.

Special Teams MVP Eh, Z I guess. No big mistakes on ST but no hero’s this week.

Freshman MVP Which Freshman Cornerback did we start this week? That guy, he’s a gamer

My votes go to Paul Vassalo, Zendejas and the O is a tough one since they all did great a toss up between Scott for filling in to some big shoes and Keola Antolin. I have to give the edge to Antolin, he’s one tough kid.
