BREAKING NEWS: QB CAMERON ALLERHEILIGEN VERBALLY COMMITS
Arizona salvaged the lonely QB spot on Sunday by grabbing QB commit, Cameron Allerheiligen, (Keller, Texas. Keller High School). Keller is about 43 miles away from Allen, Texas where Arizona's previous commit, Matt Brown, is from. Matt Brown de-committed last week to sign with TCU, leaving the Cats sans QB for the 2010 class.
If you've never heard of Allerheiligen, you're not alone. Rivals.com, the ultimate recruiting site for college athletics, doesn't even have a profile for him. Allerheiligen did throw for 2500 yards with 24 TD and only 10 INT's. He was the District 5/5A offensive player of the year and had been gaining some interest late in the recruiting season.
Signing day is tomorrow and the Cats are still looking to get commits from Corey Cooper and Fabbians Ebbele, a big DT from Chicago, Illinois.
