13 was a lucky number for the Arizona Wildcats baseball team Wednesday as they dropped New Mexico 11-7 for their 13th consecutive victory. 

Shortstop Alex Mejia drilled a 3rd inning fastball over the center field fence for a grand slam, and his first home run of the season.

Arizona begins conference play this weekend against the Oregon Ducks. The Wildcats are 18-4 overall on the season.
