Kicking Off The Football Season With EA Sports

Boom!  It's time for football season to start kicking into high gear.  The recruiting is in high gear, summer is in mid stride and football camp will begin in a little over a month.  It's always fun this time of the year to look forward to the upcoming season and start dissecting our season, players, packages, new coaches and schedule of home and away games.

SB Nation is especially excited to announce that EA Sports has asked to sponsor a week's worth of posts leading up to their release of NCAA Football 2011 next Tuesday, July 13, 2010.  So, each college blog across the SB Nation sphere will be posting once per day for a week in honor of this sponsorship.

The goal of the sponsorship is not to tell the bloggers what to say but to have a forum on each blog as to why that person loves their school and what makes them a die hard fan.   Our site will be listing each day what it means to be a die hard Arizona fan and how we got to be here.  In a few minutes (hopefully) I'll be following up this post with my first piece of the series: How I Became a Die Hard Arizona Wildcat Fan followed up by these other posts:

Tuesday: All-Time Favorite Arizona Team

Wednesday: Tailgating Traditions

Thursday: All-Time Favorite Wildcats

Friday: Most Memorable Moments

Monday: Expectations for the 2010 Season

Tuesday: Christmas in July

EA Sports and I invite you to jump in the comment section of each post. I look forward to hearing all your own stories and traditions related to being a Wildcat Fan.

Bear Down!
