from SportingNews via SBN Kansas City:
Arizona (along with eight other schools) is on the Tyler Gabbert's list of potential destinations. Gabbert was a three star recruit out of a St Louis area high school, and followed his brother (Blaine Gabbert) to Missouri after backing out from a verbal commitment to Nebraska. The younger Gabbert was a redshirt freshman last season. Although in competition for the 2011-12 starting QB job at Missouri following his brother's early departure to the NFL, last year's second string, James Franklin, seemed to be solidifying his hold as lead candidate for signal-calling duty in the fall.
