Arizona's game against the Stanford Cardinal could be the turning point for Rich Rodriguez's young program.

The Arizona Wildcats need this. So do the Cardinal. I can call this one, the next one or the one after a must-win, but this is the final chance for the Wildcats to keep themselves in the conversation of Pac-12 surprises. With a loss, expectations are tempered back to simply finding the way to five wins on the season rather than six and a bowl game.

The Cardinal is vulnerable. A victory against USC made me eat crow after many people thought Stanford couldn't keep the momentum from the Andrew Luck era. Well, last week showed that still might be the case.

Kickoff is, literally, now.
