A few months ago, our own Kevin Zimmerman discussed the breakout potential of wide receiver David Douglas. Yielding to Terrell Turner and Juron Criner, and sharing catches with Dave Roberts and Delashaun Dean, Douglas was a sometimes easy player to overlook. NFL scouts obviously did when not a franchise exhausted a draft pick on him last April. But catching on with the defending Super Bowl champions is not a bad way to come into the league. And playing in the epicenter of American media, Douglas might fly under the radar no longer.
