After Suns practice on Wednesday, Channing Frye talked about the state of Wildcat basketball.

The U of A should consider hiring him as a spokesman.

So Woods apparently kicked a ball at the opponent's bench and stomped on someone's chest. Yeah, I can't imagine why he's playing in Iran and not the NBA

The latest episode of 18 And Life is live! We recap the weekend action (including Arizona's surprising victory and UW's difficulties in Los Angeles), breakdown the seeming fad that has become the zone defense, and preview much of the upcoming action of the weekend (highlighted especially are Cal/ASU and UW/WSU).

Check it out at the link above. (And if you guys are getting sick of me posting these, just let me know and I'll cease.)

Just your friendly reminder that you can listen to the newest episode of the Pac-10 hoops podcast by visiting the link above. Lots of subscription options there, too.

Our featured guest is one of the best in the business, San Jose Mercury news writer Jon Wilner. Best episode yet, if I do say so myself.

Congrats on the hire Cats. If Brown had to leave I'm very happy that he is going to Arizona. You're getting a very good coach.

I put this article together for an SB sister site, Tomahawk Nation (FSU site). I wanted to explore recruiting conditions at 'Zona and look at what Stoops has faced on the recruiting trail. Feel free to come over and discuss/debate.

Thanks!

This article was in the daily star... Take a look at the pictures. Obviously, something that needs to be reviewed, zoomed in, and taken a picture of is certainly a tough call. My problem is the accumulation of bad calls. Oh well. Next game is a new game. Go cats!
