Matt Scott and Paul Vassallo were named the Pac-10 offensive and defensive players of the week. This is a good sign as the 'Cats are just two weeks away from the gauntlet that is the final stretch of games.

After speaking with a few medical professionals about a 'dislocated knee' and potential recovery times....I've got nothing. The recurring answer is frustratingly vague. It could be anywhere from two weeks to the entire season, depending on how he responds to treatment. So. Week to week it is. Commence vigorous hand wringing.

Those of us that have watched him rebuild the Wildcats over the years see beyond the fits on the sidelines, and see a passionate coach fighting for his guys. Nationally, I am sensing a bit of disapproval for his outbursts.
