Huge game tonight against the Trojans from USC. I left off in my preview that USC was without Marcus Johnson in the UCLA game and this may have been a realistic view of what the USC Trojans are going to be like without Johnson.
Check out the Bleacher Report for a realistic take on where the USC Trojans are headed this season.
Arizona lost their Associate Head Coach Dana Dimel. Dimel is credited with the improved play of Arizona running backs such as Nic Grigsby and Keola Antolin, as well as tight end Rob Gronkowski. Good luck in Kansas. I hope that K-State can get back to their old Darren Sprolesque ways.
The Arizona Athletics department will host a series of events honoring Lute Olson. One will be at halftime March 5 against California and the other will be in Los angeles where Olson will be inducted into the Pac-10 Hall of Honor at the Pacific Life Pac-10 Men's Basketball Tournament. Lute's a badass.
Great blog just started honoring the Miami Hurricanes. Check out the 7th Floor when you get a chance. You won't be disappointed.
I'm sure that we'll hit it when we do the UCLA preview, but the Bruins are a little banged up as well traveling to Arizona. Backup Center Drew Gordon has a sore lower back and Darren Collison and Nikola Dragovic are suffering from flu-like symptons. Check out Bruinsnation for all the scoop.
If you haven't checked out California Golden Blogs idea for a total football reorginazation, you'll need to set aside a few minutes of your morning to do so.
Can't wait for tonight. Let's get'em Cats!
