"It's always been my dream to play in the NBA," Wise said in a statement, "and I feel like I need to take the next step and get some feedback on my game. This will only help me become a better basketball player."
Nic Wise has officially declared himself eligible to be drafted in the NBA Draft on June 25th; however, the junior point guard did not hire an agent and has left the possibility of a return to the U of A. He'll have until June 15th to withdraw from the draft. We'll withhold our goodbyes for now and keep our fingers crossed that he returns.
