Who Are The Best Basketball Fans In The Pac-10?

Bleacher report recently ran a ranking of the best hoops fans in the Pac-10.

While Arizona tabbed the top spot, I'm sure you'll be glad to know that the Sun Devils appeared dead last. But in between, I have a beef with some of the rankings.

Mostly, I'm concerned with the Washington Huskies and Washington State Cougars coming in at No. 5 and 6. Granted, I've never attended a Cal (No. 4), Oregon (No. 3), or UCLA (No. 2) game outside of this weekend's last stand at the old Pauley Pavilion, which I won't take into account.

From what I've heard, UCLA attendance was pretty iffy last year. Arizona, though hardly better than a .500 team in 2009-10, still easily attracted more than 12,000 fans on an off-night. So the Arizona ranking makes sense.

However, Washington will almost always fill its brick-built, gym -- note that I didn't say arena -- that seats 10,000. Also, it's loud as heck thanks to what I'll go ahead and say is the most organized student section in the country.

Before every game, the Dawg Pack members post dirt on the upcoming team. Well informed? I think, yes.
