Arizona Wildcat forward Derrick Williams was officially named as a second team All-American basketball player Monday.
The sophomore finished the pre-NCAA Tournament season with averages of 19.1 points and 8.1 rebounds an outing. Want some juicier statistics?
The power forward shot an astouding 61.5 percent in leading the Wildcats to a No. 5 seed in the NCAA Tournament, grabbing 11 double-doubles in 34 starts. His 3-point shooting didn't fall too far behind his field goal percentage; the 6-foot-8, 241-pound Williams shot the long ball at a 60.3 percent clip.
Historically, Williams becomes the 25th WIldcat to draw an All-American honor, and first Arizona player to fall into the second team or first team since 2008, when freshman Jerryd Bayless was one of ESPN.com and Sports Illustrated's picks.
Here's a look at the rest of the United States Basketball Writers Association's All-American members for 2011:

And there's more.
