Arizona Wildcats players react to Nick Foles' Seven TD performance for Philadelphia Eagles

Nick Foles' former teammates react to his historic day Sunday in Oakland

Nick Foles still has some former teammates in Tucson, including senior WR Terrence Miller, who stuck with our theme about not being surprised by Foles' record-setting day Sunday against the Oakland Raiders.

"It wasn't really a surprise for me," said Miller.  "Nick's always been a baller, one of those guys who stays in the film room.  He sets high goals for himself."

"When I hear that Nick Foles threw 7 touchdown passes, I'm like 'Okay'.  I expect that from a guy like him."

Rich Rodriguez added to the sentiment.  "I think he can be great in any offense.  Nick put on a clinic."

"I'm really happy for him.  A Wildcat doing really well in the NFL."

Arizona kicker Jake Smith is from Philadelphia and is an Eagles fan, so he was pretty pumped up about how Foles did.

"I hope that's the real team that showed up.  I know it's the Raiders but a win's a win," joked Smith.  "I can't believe that with the football the Eagles have played that we're still only one game out of first place."

"To kind of click like that is a big thing as an Eagles fan."
