Konner Wade almost got his first complete game of the year on Friday, going 8 2/3, giving up just one run on the night to give the Wildcats the first game of the series. Arizona won the game 10-1. Eight different Wildcat starters had RBI.

Game 2 was another Arizona victory. A 4 run first inning chased Cal starter Justin Jones. After that, James Farris, Tyger Talley, Augey Bill and Mathew Troupe kept the Golden Bear bats in check, giving the Wildcats a 6-4 victory.
