Football Week 3 Preview and predictions

A weekly look at the upcoming Football games

Stephen R. Sylvanie-USA TODAY Sp

Well I want to welcome everyone back to another great weekend of football. Overall it was a very good week for the Pac 12, and a decent week for me as well. I ended up going 8-1 last week missing only the USC game. So for the year so far im at 14-5. Jason had another strong week going 9-0 and kicking my but with a record of 17-2. Silves came in for his first time and finished the week going 5-4.

Now lets jump into this weeks games. We have some very good ones, especially against the Big 10.

Saturday Sept. 14th

UCLA (16th) vs Nebraska (23rd) (GAME OF THE WEEK) 12:00pm ET kick off. Man this should be a great game. I think UCLA has the better defense and QB, plus Nebraska didn't impress me earlier this year. UCLA 35 Nebraska 21

Stanford (5th) vs Army 12:00pm ET kick off. There really isn't much to say about this game. Stanford should run right over Army. Stanford 42 Army 10

Fresno St vs Colorado 2:00pm ET kick off. Colorado finally got some wins, and I am really happy for them. They are showing decent for our league finally after coming in. I am hoping they can pull one more win off at home against a tough bulldog team. Fresno St 17 Colorado 31

Boston College vs USC 3:00pm ET kick off. Honestly I can't believe I even have to debate this game. USC at home against BC? And I am actually thinking of picking Boston college. I just can't do it, USC finds a way to some how win. Boston college 21 USC 24

Tennessee vs Oregon (2nd) 3:30pm ET kick off. Oregon should win, again. Tennessee 10 Oregon 99

Washington (19th) vs Illinois 6:00pm ET kick off. This is a game I'm really looking forward to. Washington had a great win over BSU, but was that a fluke? Illinois just got off destroying a decent looking Cinci team, and this game is an away one for Washington. Should be a good one. Washington 27 Illinois 21

Southern Utah vs WSU 6:30pm ET kick off. WSU is hot off an amazingly low scoring win. Can their defense play well enough to pull out a win against a tough Southern Utah team? I want to think so. Southern Utah 17 WSU 27

Ohio St (4th) vs Cal 7:00pm ET kick off. I have absolutely no faith in Cal after last week. but Ohio state has some injury issues that may make the difference. Ohio st. 21 Cal 18

Oregon St. vs Utah 10:00pm ET kick off. Oregon state is a team that is horrible to start the year and then gets better. However, Utah has been looking very good so far this year. I got to go with the home team. Oregon St. 14 Utah 27

Wisconsin (20th) vs Arizona st 10:30pm ET kick off. Wisconsin comes in as a ranked team, but I think ASU is going to be too much at home. Plus Wisconsin has had nightmares lately with Pac 12 teams. Wisconsin 14 Arizona st 31

UTSA vs Arizona 10:30pm ET kick off. Not much to say, we have been playing well and should continue to play well. UTSA 10 Arizona 45

Good luck to everyone.
