With Anu Solomon missing Friday's open practice and Monday's closed practice due to a hamstring injury, suddenly there's a little more talk around Brandon Dawkins, and the opportunity he has in front of him to possibly push to be Arizona's starting quarterback. We've been talking about the increased confidence the backup quarterback has for a while now, but it came up again on Monday:

- Myron Medcalf has Arizona winning a wild Pac-12 Tournament
- SB Nation is doing an NBA Rookie Week, and Nets Daily wrote this nice thing about Rondae Hollis-Jefferson
- The Pac-12 Awards were announced late Monday, and we basically nailed it with our picks. Gabe York also brought in Pac-12 Player of the Week. And there were four Wildcats who earned All-Pac-12 honors
- Matt's latest Bracketology currently has Arizona as a 5-seed playing San Diego State
Baseball
- Arizona drew a lot of walks, which helped back up some stellar pitching performances

- Candrea was not pleased with softball's effort this weekend
