Sonoran Hot Reads: Arizona betting favorites to win Pac-12 Tournament

Even though the Arizona Wildcats are the 4-seed in this year's Pac-12 Tournament, it seems like a lot of people like them to repeat as conference tournament champions this year. People like ESPN's Myron MedcalfYahoo's Pat Fordethe BPI, and most importantly, Las Vegas. According to Bovada, Arizona is a 1/2 favorite to win the tournament, with Utah at 5/2, and Oregon and UCLA (!?!) checking in at 10/1. Arizona is also +175 to take home the crown at BetOnline. Oregon (+350), Utah (+360) and Cal (+400) round out the top four there
