Messages have poured in from all over the place after the Arizona Wildcats became the first team to make it to the 2016 College World Series.
Among those comes from former Wildcat great and current Arizona Diamondbacks manager Chip Hale:

If you can't hear it, here's the transcript:
"I want to congratulate the University of Arizona baseball team. Jay Johnson, great job. I watched the game tonight. Exciting comeback. Another trip to Omaha. It's close to my heart, all those years back going to Omaha and winning the National Championship. We'll be rooting for you and we're all really, really proud of you."
Hale played at Arizona from 1984-87, and went 2-for-4 in the game that won the 1986 National Championship. He is still the program's all-time leader in games played, hits, walks, and total bases.
