Unlike previous road trips, Allonzo Trier is traveling with the Arizona Wildcats for Saturday’s game against No. 8 Gonzaga in Los Angeles, it was reported by Scout’s WildcatAuthority.com and the Arizona Daily Star’s Greg Hansen on Friday.
As of now, Allonzo Trier is not cleared. He did travel however.

Allonzo Trier accompanied UA on flight to Los Angeles for Gonzaga game today. Is he playing? Good question.

However, as the report from Wildcat Authority states, Trier has not been cleared to play, so it still seems unlikely that he will suit up against the Bulldogs.
Trier has missed Arizona’s first seven games for unspecified reasons, and the UA will not comment on the matter.
Trier did not travel with the Wildcats to Hawaii when they faced Michigan State, and he wasn’t with the team this past weekend in Las Vegas for the Las Vegas Invitational either.
It is unclear if Trier traveling means the sophomore is a step closer to returning.
If Trier is not back in the lineup, the Wildcats will be down to seven healthy scholarship players against Gonzaga after the recent injury to Parker Jackson-Cartwright plus the preseason injuries to Ray Smith and Talbott Denny.
Trier averaged 14.8 points per game as a freshman last season.
Tip-off at STAPLES Center between No. 16 Arizona (6-1) and No. 8 Gonzaga (7-0) is set for 3:30 p.m. MST on Saturday. The game will be televised on ESPN.
