The Pac-12 announced its all-conference teams on Monday, and the Arizona Wildcats have three guys that made the 15-man list.
Senior transfer Ryan Anderson is the only Arizona player on the ten player first-team, with Gabe York and Kaleb Tarczewski earning second-team honors.
Other honors include Allonzo Trier on the all-freshmen team, and Tarczewski on the all-defensive team.
Anderson averaged 15.8 points per game (8th in the Pac-12) and 10.2 rebounds per game (2nd) this year. He and Josh Hawkinson were the only two players to average double-digit rebounds, and in turn double-doubles, yet Hawkinson was left off and was named honorable mention.
Tarczewski nearly averaged a double-double, putting up 9.6 points and 9.1 boards per contest. While he didn't qualify to be on the league's leaderboard in those stats, that would have made him tied with Jakob Poeltl for the third-best rebounding average in the conference.
York finished the season second on the team in scoring, putting in 15 points per game while shooting 42.9% from three. That 42.9% was good for the third-best mark in the conference. He also brought in Pac-12 Player of the Week honors for the ridiculous couple of games he had against the Bay Area schools, including a game-winning three against Cal, and a school-record nine threes against Stanford.
The individual awards are set to be announced later Monday night.
