See the reaction from the Wildcats’ 83-53 win over the Bison

The Arizona Wildcats (9-3) won their sixth straight Monday with a 83-53 victory over the North Dakota State Bison (5-6).

The unfortunate news from the game was that Allonzo Trier exited with a left knee injury, though Sean Miller seemed optimistic that it was nothing more than a bone bruise, but Arizona will find out more Tuesday (our full story on that can be found here).

Here’s what the UA head coach had to say about that plus the game as a whole:

And here is what Deandre Ayton and Rawle Alkins had to say.

Ayton had 25 points and nine rebounds on 11 of 17 shooting.

Alkins finished with 11 points and six rebounds.


Arizona returns to action Thursday when it hosts the UConn Huskies at 7 p.m. MST. After that the Wildcats will host No. 3 ASU in their Pac-12 opener on Dec. 30.
