It looks like there won’t be a Dusan Ristic-Deandre Ayton reunion after all.
Scott Bordow of AZCentral is reporting that Ristic has decided not to play for the Phoenix Suns’ Summer League team.
This comes several days after Ristic’s agent told Yahoo! Sports’ Jordan Schultz that the big man would be joining the Suns in Las Vegas.

It will be interesting to see where Ristic goes from here. Will he latch onto another Summer League roster where he can get lots of playing time? Will he just skip Summer League altogether and sign overseas where he will probably end up anyway?
One thing seems certain: we have seen the last of the Ayton-Ristic pairing.
Ayton and the Suns begin Summer League action Friday, July 6 at 6:30 p.m. PT in Las Vegas.
