Nico Mannion’s highlight reel added several new scenes in the Arizona Wildcats’ win over the South Dakota State Jackrabbits on Thursday.
In the first half, the freshman disrespectfully crossed up a defender and let him get up before draining a 3-pointer in his eye.

Later, Mannion put an exclamation point on the victory by beating his defender off the dribble before throwing down a vicious one-handed slam that will probably end up on SportsCenter’s Top 10:

Mannion finished with 14 points, four assists, and three rebounds on 4-of-9 shooting, continuing his hot start to his college career.
He helped Arizona avoid an upset Thursday, as it only beat the Jackrabbits 71-64 after trailing by as many as 10 points in the first half.
