Former Arizona Wildcats big man Ryan Anderson is heading to Lithuania to continue his pro basketball career for BC Siauliai. Anderson tweeted Friday that he signed with the club.
This is Anderson’s second time playing in the Lithuanian Basketball League. In 2017 he competed for BC Peino zvaigzdes. Earlier this year Anderson joined Ukrainian club MBC Mykolaiv but the league’s season was canceled in March due to COVID-19.
Anderson has also played professionally in Belgium and Germany as well as the NBA G League.
A transfer from Boston College, Anderson led Arizona in scoring in the 2015-16 season, his lone campaign the Cats, with 15.3 points per game. He also averaged 10.3 rebounds.
