Arizona player representatives announced for Pac-12 men’s and women’s basketball media days

The Pac-12 is holding their annual media day events next week in San Francisco, and now we know who will be representing Arizona on the men’s and women’s side.

Adia Barnes is bringing veterans Cate Reese and Sam Thomas with her for women’s Media Day, slated for Tuesday, Oct. 12, while Bennedict Mathurin and Azuolas Tubelis will accompany first-year coach Tommy Lloyd for the men’s Media Day on Wednesday, Oct. 13.

The Pac-12 Network is airing coverage of each Media Day beginning at 10 a.m. PT, and it can also be viewed via Pac-12.com.

Preseason rankings and all-conference teams are also expected to be announced the morning of each event. The UA women are likely to be picked among the top few teams, while Arizona’s men’s squad figures to be somewhere toward the middle, if not lower.
