The No. 2-seeded Arizona Wildcats (16-4) have reached the Pac-12 Tournament semifinals for the second straight season, matching up with the No. 3-seeded UCLA Bruins (15-4) on Friday night in Las Vegas.
This is only the second meeting of the season between the teams, with Arizona claiming the first battle 68-65 at McKale Center in early December. The return matchup in Los Angeles was canceled in February due to COVID-19 issues within Arizona’s program.
Another win over the Bruins would propel Arizona into the Pac-12 Tournament championship game and perhaps even be enough to secure a No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament.
