Game time, TV channel and odds announced for Arizona-Stanford national championship game

The women’s basketball national championship game between the Arizona Wildcats and Stanford Cardinal will tip off at 3 p.m. PT on Sunday. It will air on ESPN.

The Cardinal open as nine-point favorites. They won the two regular-season matches handily, taking a 81-54 victory in Tucson and a 62-48 win in Palo Alto.

The Wildcats have never played in the national title game, while the Cardinal are making their first title game appearance since 2010. They have not won a national championship since 1992.

Stanford has beaten Utah Valley, Oklahoma State, Missouri State, Louisville and South Carolina to get here.

Arizona has beaten Stony Brook, BYU, Texas A&M, Indiana and UConn to get here.
