“Mark your calendars” is such a cliched phrase, but in this case we really mean it.
Arizona has released its full 2021-22 men’s basketball schedule, complete with most dates, tip times and TV info for all 31 regular-season games.
The Wildcats will play 17 games at McKale Center, starting with the Nov. 9 opener against NAU. There are 12 road games, including nonconference tilts at Illinois (Dec. 11) and Tennessee (Dec. 22), and a pair of games in Las Vegas in the Roman Main Event Nov. 19-21.
Pac-12 play begins Dec. 2 at home against Washington, but kicks into full gear Dec. 30 when the UA faces the Los Angeles schools on the road. That’s part of a season-long 4-game road trip that begins in Tennessee and ends Jan. 8 at ASU.
The UA ends the regular season at home against the Bay Area schools, hosting Cal on March 5 in the regular-season finale. The Pac-12 tourney is slated for March 9-12 in Las Vegas.

Arizona, which began preseason practice on Tuesday, is holding its Media Day event Wednesday afternoon. The Red-Blue instrasquad scrimmage is set for 3 p.m. Saturday at McKale.
