Ka'Deem cracks the top-ten in final Heisman ballots

Casey Sapio-USA TODAY Sports

While it was no surprise that Jameis Winston won the Heisman Trophy, Ka'Deem Carey became the first-ever Arizona Wildcat to finish in the top-ten in voting.

He finished tenth.

Carey picked up two first-place votes, 14 second-place votes and 36 third-place votes.

  1. Jameis Winston - Florida State
  2. A.J. McCarron - Alabama
  3. Jordan Lynch - Northern Illinois
  4. Andre Williams - Boston College
  5. Johnny Manziel - Texas A&M
  6. Tre Mason - Auburn
  7. Bryce Petty - Baylor
  8. Derek Carr - Fresno State
  9. Braxton Miller - Ohio State
  10. Ka'Deem Carey

One guy not on this list: Marcus Mariota....how did that happen?

Outside of the national title game, our very own Advocare V100 Bowl is the only game to feature two players in the top ten in Heisman voting.  Storylines!
