The Arizona Wildcats and San Diego State Aztecs have announced a home-and-home football series in the years 2021 and 2022. The Aztecs will travel to Arizona Stadium in 2021, and the Wildcats will go to Qualcomm Stadium in 2022.
Dates for Arizona-SDSU series: Sept. 11, 2021 at Arizona, Sept. 3, 2022 at San Diego State.

This move locks up two of the non-conference opponents for Arizona in the 2022 season. Last week, the Wildcats cemented a home-and-home with Mississippi State.
On the SDSU side, this gives the Aztecs a Pac-12 team on their schedule every year from now through 2022. They travel to Oregon State in 2014, Cal in 2015, and then host Cal in 2016
After that, they have home-and-home series with ASU and UCLA before starting the Arizona series.

The Aztecs have been to a bowl game in each of the last four seasons, going 2-2 in those games. Prior to 2010, the last time the school had participated in a bowl game was 1998.
