Arizona unveils uniforms for Foster Farms Bowl

The Wildcats will try to make history repeat itself in the Bay Area

The Arizona Wildcats are returning to the Bay Area for the second time this season when they play in the Foster Farms Bowl on Wednesday.

The first time — a double overtime win vs. Cal in Berkeley — went well, so the Wildcats plan to wear the same uniforms as they look for a second win.

The Wildcats will be wearing red helmets, white jerseys, and red pants against the Purdue Boilermakers at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.

Arizona is 2-2 all-time in this uniform combination.

Not-so-good news: the Wildcats wore this uni combo in the 2014 Pac-12 Championship Game when they were blasted 51-14 by the Oregon Ducks in Santa Clara.

Wednesday’s game is set to kick off at 6:30 p.m. MST on FOX.

Apparently there are rumors that Purdue could have new uniforms (or at least a new combination) for the Foster Farms Bowl.
