The Arizona Wildcats unveiled new uniforms on Tuesday, and among the changes were bigger numbers, swapping the gradient sleeves for shoulder stripes, and the addition of a matte blue helmet.

Using this small sample size, it seems like most people see the new uniforms as a slight upgrade over the previous design, love the new matte blue helmets with the red “A”, but are not in love with the oversized numbers.
Personally, I think doing away with the gradient was a good call and the matte helmets are nice, but not outlining the numbers in white to make them more readable is a mistake.
