As if things weren’t bad enough for the Arizona Wildcats, its already-thin secondary will be even thinner for Saturday night’s game at UCLA.

According to Michael Lev of the Arizona Daily Star, neither of Arizona’s starting cornerbacks are dressed and on the field at the Rose Bowl. Sophomore Lorenzo Burns and senior Tim Hough, a graduate transfer from UNLV, had combined to make 13 starts this season.

Senior Jace Whittaker, who has missed all but one game this season because of injury, is dressed but isn’t expected to play, Lev tweeted.

With Burns, Hough and Whittaker all out that leaves Arizona with only underclassmen at corner: sophomores Antonio Parks and Troy Young, redshirt freshmen Malik Hausman and Azizi Hearn and true freshmen McKenzie Barnes and Christian Young.

Those defensive changes are in addition to the one at quarterback, with sophomore Rhett Rodriguez starting for injured junior Khalil Tate.
