The UNLV graduate transfer joined the program near the start of fall camp and started in six games before his exit, logging 23 tackles and three pass breakups.
The Wildcats were also without Lorenzo Burns and Jace Whittaker on Saturday as their depth at cornerback continues to wane. True freshman McKenzie Barnes made his first career start alongside fellow freshman Christian Young.
The Wildcats surrendered 307 passing yards in the loss, the second-most they have allowed all season.
