2020 prospect Roberto Miranda committed to the Arizona Wildcats on Tuesday, stretching UA’s recruiting footprint to Europe.
The 6-foot-3, 225 pound athlete hails from Germany where he plays for the Berlin Rebels. Miranda is the No. 1,698 prospect in his class and No. 4 player in his country, per 247Sports composite rankings.

Miranda is listed as a tight end, but can play receiver and even some quarterback. He had offers from Cincinnati, Georgia Tech, Coastal Carolina, Connecticut, , Towson, Eastern Michigan, and Mercer.
Miranda took his official visit to Tucson this past weekend when the Wildcats hosted the Washington Huskies.

Miranda becomes the 13th commit in Arizona’s 2020 class, which ranks 75th nationally and 11th in the Pac-12, per 247Sports.
The Wildcats picked up a commitment from three-star linebacker Jabar Triplett on Sunday.
