Oregon running back Jalen John committed to the UA on Monday, becoming the ninth commit of the 2020 class and the first running back.

The 5-foot-11, 180-pound ball carrier is a three-star prospect, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings. More specifically, John is the No. 931 player in the country, No. 61 running back in the nation, and the No. 6 player in Oregon.
John attends Lakeridge High School in Lake Oswego. He has offers from Oregon, Oregon State, Nebraska, and BYU.
