J.J. Taylor looks pretty good in a Patriots uniform.
The former Arizona Wildcats standout, an undrafted free agent who made the opening day roster, had an impressive debut for the New England Patriots in their 21-11 home win over the Miami Dolphins.
Wearing No. 42, Taylor finished with 28 rushing yards on four carries, including an 11-yarder in the third quarter, and also caught a 4-yard pass in eight total offensive snaps. He helped New England rush for 217 yards, more than double their average in 2019.
Here are the highlights (though note that the stats in this tweet are incorrect):

While Arizona fans are well aware of the capability of Taylor, who ran for 3,263 yards and caught 62 passes in his UA career, Patriots fans are getting their first look at the 5-foot-5, 188-pound rookie and seem pleased to this point:
I like this running game we got... J.J. Taylor runnin like he has a point to prove!
