Jedd Fisch and the Arizona Wildcats continued their hot streak on the recruiting trail as all-purpose back Jonah Coleman announced his commitment on Monday.

Coleman is a high 3-star prospect from Lincoln High School in Stockton, California. Sitting at 5-foot-9 and around 200 pounds, Coleman has a solid build. He runs with power, speed, and really good vision. He is ranked as the second-best all-purpose back, No. 34 player in California and the No. 465 player nationally per the 247Sports’ composite rankings.

Coleman has 10 offers and picked Arizona over Arizona State, Colorado, Colorado State, Fresno State, New Mexico, Oregon State, San Diego State, San Jose State, and Tennessee.

“With Arizona, coach (Scottie) Graham is an amazing dude,” he told 247Sports National Recruiting Editor Brandon Huffman. “We’re building a relationship and we talk every other day. I love the person he is and he’s the kind of coach that is going to better me as a player.”

Coleman finished his sophomore season with 1,587 rushing yards on 143 carries and 30 touchdowns. He also added 324 yards on 16 catches and four scores.

Coleman is Arizona’s third commit in the 2022 class, along with 3-star California cornerback Tacario Davis and 3-star Chandler offensive lineman Grayson Stovall.
