Have the Arizona Wildcats become a nationally recognized program? That remains to be seen on the field, but on the recruiting trail they’ve certainly made waves when it comes to getting prospects from all over to be interested in the team.
The latest 2022 recruit doing this is Terian Williams II, a 3-star athlete from Georgia who has the UA in his top 12 alongside Duke, Harvard, Kansas State, Liberty, Michigan, Mississippi State, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Stanford, Texas Tech and Washington State.

The 5-foot-11, 175-pound Williams is ranked by 247Sports as the No. 732 player in the 2022 recruiting class, as well as the 65th-best athlete and the No. 66 prospect from talent-rich Georgia. Nicknamed “The Playmaker,” Williams has offers from more than 50 schools.
Williams has played quarterback, running back, wide receiver and defensive back while also returning punts and kicks for Johns Creek High School in Alpharetta, Georgia. Johns Creek is the same school that Arizona signed tight end Zach Williams from in the 2018 class.

In recent weeks Arizona, which has three commits in the 2022 recruiting class, has seen top-1000 prospects from Arizona (3-star wide receiver Shawn Miller), Florida (4-star defensive lineman Dominick James, 3-star safety Trevon Howard), Oregon (4-star WR Darrius Clemons) and Texas (3-star cornerback Avyonne Jones) include the Wildcats among their top choices.
