Monday is a 3-star prospect from Saguaro High School in Scottsdale. He is a big player, sitting at 6-foot-4 and 240 pounds. He is incredibly quick for his size and comes off the snap with an explosive burst of speed, making him a force off the edge. He is ranked as the 58th-best outside linebacker in the 2022 class, as well No. 11 player in Arizona and No. 865 player nationally, per 247Sports’ composite rankings.
Monday has seven offers and chose Arizona over Baylor, Colorado, Florida State, Idaho, Iowa State, and New Mexico. He finished his junior season with 40 tackles, with 18 for a loss, and 4.5 sacks.
Junior Highlights
Monday is Arizona’s fifth commitment in the 2022 class, the third this month. He is the second from the Phoenix area, which is twice as many as in-state players as the Wildcats signed in the 2021 class.
