Kickoff times, TV info announced for 5 Arizona football games

The 2021 college football season is still three months away, but we now know when nearly half of Arizona’s games will be played (and on what station).

The Pac-12 announced a slew of kickoff times and TV assignments on Thursday, including five for the Wildcats. The conference unveiled info for every game during the first three weeks as well as weeknight games for the rest of the season.

Arizona’s 2021 opener, on Sept. 4 against BYU in Las Vegas and officially dubbed the “Vegas Kickoff Classic,” will be shown on ESPN at 7:30 p.m. PT.

A week later the Wildcats will play their first home game under coach Jedd Fisch at 7 p.m. PT against San Diego State, with the Pac-12 Network airing the Sept. 11 contest. Pac-12 Network will also show Arizona’s Sept. 18 home game against NAU, which is scheduled for a 7 p.m. PT kickoff.

Also announced: Arizona’s two Friday games, Oct. 22 vs. Washington (7:30 p.m. PT on ESPN2) and Nov. 19 at Washington State (7 p.m. MT on Pac-12 Network).

Here’s what Arizona’s overall 2021 schedule looks with the new info:

  • Sept. 4 vs. BYU in Las Vegas (7:30 p.m. PT, ESPN)
  • Sept. 11 vs. San Diego State (7 p.m. PT, P12)
  • Sept. 18 vs. NAU (7 p.m. PT, P12)
  • Sept. 25 at Oregon
  • Oct. 9 vs. UCLA
  • Oct. 16 at Colorado
  • Oct. 22 (Friday) vs. Washington (7:30 p.m. PT, ESPN2)
  • Oct. 30 at USC
  • Nov. 6 vs. Cal
  • Nov. 13 vs. Utah
  • Nov. 19 (Friday) at Washington State (7 p.m. MT, P12)
  • Nov. 27 at ASU
