2018 3-star LB Issaiah Johnson signs with Arizona

The Arizona Wildcats have signed their lone linebacker commit of the 2018 class in three-star prospect Issaiah Johnson.

High School: Los Alamitos High School

Hometown: Los Alamitos, California

247Sports Ranking: National - 1,027th; Position - 35th

Career Stats: 216 tackles, 21.0 TFL, 14.0 sacks, 1 INT, 1 forced fumble

My Thoughts: First and foremost, Johnson is a tackling machine. He has great vision, comparable to Colin Schooler. He follows the play and once he commits, he has a very quick burst of speed to close in on the ball carrier. He could easily fit in at mike linebacker or stud for the Wildcats.
