The Arizona Wildcats added another quarterback on Wednesday as high 3-star Kevin Doyle announced he has signed with the ‘Cats.

Doyle is the Washington DC Gatorade Player of the Year.

Here is some more info on him.

247Sports Ranking: National - 559th; Position - 24th (among pro-style QBs)

Other Offers: Michigan (Boyle was formerly committed to UM), Michigan State, Iowa, Kentucky, Ole Miss, Purdue, West Virginia, Colorado State

My Thoughts: I’m impressed with Doyle. The first thing that stands out is his arm. He has decent arm strength and even has nice touch to some of this throws. Doyle goes through his progressions well and has great vision to see his receivers downfield. One thing that surprised me was his mobility. He is shifty in the pocket, able to escape pressure with ease. He is also able to make plays with his feet and has decent speed for a pro-style quarterback. He has all the skills and upside to thrive under UA offensive coordinator Noel Mazzone.
