Game times, broadcast info set for opening day of Women’s College World Series

The game times and broadcast info for the opening day of the Women’s College World Series were announced Sunday.

No. 11 Arizona will face No. 3 Alabama on Thursday at 4 p.m. PT at USA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium in Oklahoma City. It will be broadcast on ESPN.

Here’s what the full slate of games looks like for Thursday:

• James Madison vs. No. 1 Oklahoma — 9 a.m. PT, ESPN
• Georgia vs. No. 5 Oklahoma State — 11 a.m. PT, ESPN
• No. 11 Arizona vs. No. 3 Alabama — 4 p.m. PT, ESPN
• No. 10 Florida State vs. No. 2 UCLA — 6:30 p.m. PT, ESPN

The winner of Arizona-Alabama will face the winner of Florida State-UCLA in the next round. The losers will fall into the loser’s bracket of the double elimination tournament.
